Feiyue's Human  PGRN(Progranulin) ELISA Kit is an ELISA reagent for detection of Prolactin in human serum, plasma or cell with sensitivity, specificity and consistency.

PGRN(Progranulin) Introduction

Small volumes of PGRN elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of PGRN(Progranulin). PGRN(Progranulin) ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of PGRN(Progranulin) concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing PGRN(Progranulin).
