Feiyue's Human SNPH(Syntaphilin) is an ELISA reagent for detection of SNPH in Human serum, plasma or cell with sensitivity, specificity and consistency.
SNPH(Syntaphilin) IntroducitonSyntaxin-1, synaptobrevin/VAMP, and SNAP25 interact to form the SNARE complex, which is required for synaptic vesicle docking and fusion. The protein encoded by this gene is membrane-associated and inhibits SNARE complex formation by binding free syntaxin-1. Expression of this gene appears to be brain-specific. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
Human SNPH(Syntaphilin) ELISA Kit Test methodThis kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of SNPH The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to SNPH. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to SNPH. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain of SNPH, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of SNPH in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
