Feiyue's Human SLC25A4(ADPATP translocase 1) ELISA Kit is an ELISA reagent for detection of SLC25A4(Alpha Crosslaps) in Mouse serum, plasma or cell with sensitivity, specificity and consistency.

ADP/ATP translocase 1, or adenine nucleotide translocator 1 (ANT1), is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the SLC25A4 gene. SLC25A4 has been shown to interact with Bcl-2-associated X protein. The BAX gene was the first identified pro-apoptotic member of the Bcl-2 protein family.[6] Bcl-2 family members share one or more of the four characteristic domains of homology entitled the Bcl-2 homology (BH) domains (named BH1, BH2, BH3 and BH4), and can form hetero- or homodimers.

Human SLC25A4(ADPATP translocase 1) ELISA Kit Test method

This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of SLC25A4(ADPATP translocase 1) The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to SLC25A4(ADPATP translocase 1). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to SLC25A4(ADPATP translocase 1). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain of SLC25A4, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of SLC25A4(ADPATP translocase 1) in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
