is an ELISA reagent for detection of Pro-ADM(Proadrenomedullin) in human serum, plasma or cell with sensitivity, specificity and consistency.

Pro-ADM(Proadrenomedullin)  Introduction

Small volumes of Pro-ADM elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of Pro-ADM(Proadrenomedullin). Pro-ADM(Proadrenomedullin) ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Pro-ADM(Proadrenomedullin) concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing Pro-ADM(Proadrenomedullin).
